Meringues nutrition label template

Meringues are made from egg whites and sugar only (about 1 : 2). Slow drying removes most of the water in the whites, so the baked batch weighs roughly 250 g from 360 g raw – weigh yours and enter it as final weight. Egg must be emphasised as an allergen.

This starting recipe (360 g raw, 250 g after cooking, 12 portions of 10 g) works out at roughly 1730 kJ / 407 kcal, 0.1 g fat, 96 g sugars and 0.2 g salt per 100 g. Replace the quantities with your own – the label updates live.
